After finding out I was pregnant with my daughter, I immediately started comparing my births of my sons. I realized that my previous birth experiences made me feel a lot differently than I originally thought. As a mother I felt overwhelmed with joy meeting my children. However as an individual, as a woman, I felt ridiculed, pushed aside & ashamed for some of my birthing choices.

Once realizing this I started my research on how I could achieve a birth making me feel empowered, feminine and in charge of my body. Thus discovering Doulas. It vastly consumed me, what one person could achieve and feeling rewarded with the right Doula next to their side.

This ignited the spark for my new found purpose. Equipping other parents with knowledge & making them feel confident in themselves with their decisions as new parents.
